Here are some of the signs that you are sleep deprived and it is beginning to affect your mental health.

Prolonged fatigue

One of the ways to tell that you’re not getting enough sleep is when you experience regular fatigue. You will realise that you get tired easily without doing much work. On some occasions, even when you’re not doing anything, you will always feel like sleeping.

It might be that you starved yourself of some hours of good sleep and your body is beginning to request for the lost time.
